In-Studio Classes

Join us at our welcoming studio in Looe. We offer a range of Pilates classes suited to all abilities. Challenge yourself or focus on relaxation and recharging. Take just what you need!

Sports Massage

Tailored hands-on treatments that get to the root cause of your pain. Our skilled and intuitive therapists have a strong grounding in anatomy, biomechanics, and soft tissue injury rehabilitation. We take a holistic approach, considering individual needs and lifestyle factors. Our aim is to achieve the most benefit possible whilst causing the least amount of discomfort possible.

Courses

Our courses enable you to enhance your Pilates practice. They follow a set structure and curriculum that facilitates deeper learning on the course topic. Covering topics from Pilates fundamentals, to caring for your back, our courses offer a blend of exercise practice and theoretical exploration.

1:1 Pilates

Suitable for individuals who prefer exercises that are tailored to their specific needs, our 1:1 classes aim to help you overcome obstacles to exercise such as injury or illness. Our skilled instructors work with you to develop your physical and mental resilience so you can feel empowered through movement.

Seeing Jennie was a game changer. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and Jennie was able to get rid of all the knots and nonsense and I felt so much better after each session. Jennie has a wonderful and holistic approach to massage therapy. She asks what pressure you would like and regularly checks in to make sure things are only hurting if they’re meant to be! You can really feel the tension melt away during the session.

O.F. received sports massage and remedial exercises to manage neck and shoulder pain related to her work.

Jennie did wonders on my back after I strained it when pushing myself too hard working on one of the reserves in our Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust! After weeks of discomfort her sports massage really helped my back muscles and her detailed and very knowledgeable advice has enabled me to be pain-free ever since.

Yoga was amazing with Craig thur morning! The stretches, the moves  all helped to alleviate some of the tightness in shoulder and sciatic nerve.  Jennie is an excellent teacher and is very helpful in helping you to get the best out of the class for you and your body even for me being 60 plus. I started pilates with Jennie over 2 years ago and I can honestly say regular pilates certainly helps strengthen my core and keeps my sciatica under control.
